Includes five proclamtions. Two declare the celebration of Thanksgiving Day in 1963 and 1964. American State Mother Week was proclaimed to be the week of May 10th through the 16th in 1964. The Settlement of the First English Speaking people proclamation by President Theodore Roosevelt in 1905 and the Panama-Pacific Int. Exposition in 1915 are also included.
